At the time, I was leading a $32 million supercomputer installation at IBM—managing over 100 people while traveling weekly, planning a wedding, and closing on a new home. On paper, everything looked successful.
In reality, I was running on fumes.
Vending machine dinners. Triple-shot espressos. Drifting off in critical meetings. Constant pressure. And a quiet fear that something important was about to fall apart.
That moment in my driveway became my wake-up call.
I realized I had a choice:
